# BoxToPlay

> Check on, troubleshoot and run your BoxToPlay Minecraft servers, proxies, TeamSpeak servers and VPS from your agent.

BoxToPlay's own MCP server connects your agent to the services in your BoxToPlay account: Minecraft servers, BungeeCord and Velocity proxies, TeamSpeak voice servers, VPS and hosted websites. Ask how a server is doing, have your agent read its logs to find out why it crashed, or let it restart the server, change a setting or take a backup.

What you can do with it
- Check live status, connected players, performance, health and logs
- Investigate crashes, startup failures and plugin, mod or proxy problems from logs and health checks
- Manage files, settings, backups, firewall rules and DNS records
- Start, stop and restart services, and follow long-running jobs until they finish

How it connects
- Hosted at https://api.boxtoplay.com/mcp over Streamable HTTP
- Sign in with your BoxToPlay account through OAuth, the recommended way: add only the address, with no Authorization header
- Or, in agents that take headers (such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor), send a dedicated BoxToPlay API key as a Bearer token instead. Use one method, not both
- In ChatGPT, BoxToPlay also has its own app

Good to know
- It only reaches the services in your BoxToPlay account, within the permissions you grant it
- You need a BoxToPlay account with services to manage; plans and prices are on boxtoplay.com
- BoxToPlay is a hosting brand operated by ByteLogic LLC
