# Brand Voice

> Finds your brand voice in your docs and sales calls, turns it into guidelines, and keeps what your agent writes on-brand.

Brand Voice is a Claude plugin built by Tribe AI as a Cowork launch partner and published in Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins. It searches the places your brand already lives, such as style guides, pitch decks, email templates and sales call transcripts, turns what it finds into guidelines Claude can follow, then writes and checks content against them.

What you can do with it
- Discover brand materials across your connected platforms and get a report with ranked sources, conflicts and open questions (/brand-voice:discover-brand)
- Generate guidelines from that report, documents or transcripts: voice pillars, tone by context, a "We Are / We Are Not" framework and terminology (/brand-voice:generate-guidelines)
- Write sales emails, proposals, LinkedIn posts and other content in your voice, with the tone adjusted for each audience and the brand choices explained (/brand-voice:enforce-voice)
- When sources disagree or guidance is missing, it raises open questions, each with a recommendation for you to confirm or override

- Notion, for brand documents, and to search sources you've connected to Notion
- Atlassian, for Confluence pages and Jira context
- Box, for brand documents, decks and style guides
- Figma, for design systems
- Gong, for sales call transcripts
- Granola, for meeting transcripts and notes
It also uses Google Drive and Slack when you've connected them in Claude.

How to install it
In Claude Code, run claude plugin marketplace add anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins, then claude plugin install brand-voice@knowledge-work-plugins. It's built for Cowork and also works in Claude Code.

Good to know
- Each connector signs in with your own account for that service. Discovery needs at least one document platform connected: Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, Box or SharePoint.
- Nothing is saved until you approve the guidelines; they go to .claude/brand-voice-guidelines.md in your working folder.
- You can keep your company name, platforms and known brand material locations in a local settings file, .claude/brand-voice.local.md.
- It works for one person at a time for now; team-wide enforcement is planned.
