# Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

> Adobe's skills for Customer Journey Analytics: KPI digests, top movers, funnel fallout, segment comparisons and executive briefings.

Adobe's own plugin for Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). It connects your agent to Adobe's hosted CJA MCP server and adds skills that turn plain-language questions into analyst-style reports on your CJA data views, from a weekly KPI digest to a briefing for leadership.

What its skills do
- KPI pulse: how your key metrics changed over a period, with trend direction and the dimension behind each move
- Top movers: the pages, channels or other dimension items that gained or lost the most for a metric
- Funnel health check: step-by-step fallout across a multi-step conversion funnel
- Dimension analysis: cardinality, distribution, trends, anomalies and data quality for one dimension
- Segment comparison: key metrics side by side for two or more audience segments, such as mobile and desktop
- Executive briefing: a narrative performance summary for leadership or a business review

How it connects
The plugin adds Adobe's CJA MCP server (https://cja-mcp.adobe.io/mcp). The first time it's used, you sign in with your Adobe ID and choose your organization if you belong to more than one. An admin has to give you MCP access in the Adobe Admin Console (CJA product admins have it already). The skills only find components and run reports, which MCP Read-only Access covers.

How to install it
In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add adobe/skills, then /plugin install adobe-cja@adobe-skills.

Good to know
- It needs a Customer Journey Analytics license. Adobe charges nothing extra for the MCP server, but its report calls count toward your organization's monthly reporting allowance.
- Several skills also save their report as an HTML file and open it, alongside the answer in the chat.
